Turn your campsite into a handy outdoor kitchen with the Rio Adventure grub station. The unit starts with a lightweight aluminum frame and gray melamine countertop, giving you a place to prep food, prepare drinks, or rest your portable grill (the counter is heat-resistant up to 425 degrees F). That's just the start, however, as the grub station also includes a steel grate rear rack for hanging paper towels, spatulas, and other utensils, along with a steel bottom rack that holds dishes, Tupperware, or aluminum foil. (The rack also doubles as a drying rack when you're washing dishes). And when it's time to head out, the grub station folds compactly and fits in a zippered carrying bag (included). The grub station--which supports up to 60 pounds--measures 36 by 33.25 by 24 inches (W x H x D) when open and 36 by 4.25 by 24 inches when folded. It also weighs 14 pounds.
